Our tele-Counselling helpline
Service was launched during the lockdown in March 2020 (the first wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic). Calling our Helpline will allow you to explore and use positive coping methods to deal with situations that cause stress, worry or fear such as the pandemic and natural disasters with the assistance of our trained Counsellors.
The Helpline allows you to instantaneously speak with a Counsellor without:
- prior appointment;
- having to come to our office;
- any charges because our service is free (Vodafone, Ink & Digicel network users only)
The helpline is available to people of all ages who wish to seek counselling via telephone. Individuals who need other forms of assistance such as food, medicine, hygiene and sanitary products etc are referred to our team of Social Workers.
Our team of professional Counsellors and Social Workers in the Central, Western and Northern divisions aim to cater to callers from across Fiji for professional Counselling and Social Work interventions. We’re only one call away!
